On August 24th the Interior Frontier Days was held in Interior , South Dakota. Shane O'Connell took first in the bareback riding with a 75 point ride on Muddy Creek Pro Rodeo's Enrique's Flashb. There was a tie for first in the steer wrestling between Billy Boldon and Sawyer Strand who both had 4.7 second runs. Tucker McDaniel/Cole Robinson took first in the team roping with their 5.2 second run. In the saddle bronc riding Talon Elshere took first with an 83 points on Muddy Creek Pro Rodeo's Cotton Kenny. There was a tie for first in the tie-down roping between Brent Belkham and Lane Rossow who both had 11.6 second runs. Ashley Day took first in the barrel racing with her 17.77 second run. Matthew Fenton took first in the bull riding with his 77 points on Muddy Creek Pro Rodeo's Full Monty. All-around cowboy went to Myles Kenzy who competed in tie-down roping and team roping.
